There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to the following:
Sharjah electronics does not offer a “cash refund”.
Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before Sharjah electronics starts processing the shipment. Or if an item is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Sharjah electronics has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, item found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
